Venue: SFAM is moving to downtown Los Angeles!
The Third Annual Speculative Fiction Across Media Conference will be held October 21-24 at the Courtyard by Marriott Culver City Los Angeles. The hotel is conveniently located, less than four miles from LAX, with easy access to all the top LA destinations.
The guest room rate is $179 per night (less than for prior SFAM conferences!) and, for attendees that are not staying in the hotel, we will have a special rate of $6 a day for parking. Our attendees will also receive a 10% discount at the on-site Bistro Restaurant.

Lucas Museum of Narrative Arts: There will be an exclusive, organized tour of the new Lucas Museum of Narrative Arts on the afternoon of Wednesday, October 21st for conference attendees. There will also be a chartered bus from the hotel to the museum. The tour of the Lucas Museum is free for registered conference attendees due to our longstanding collaboration with them. Having said that, those who want to go will have to register with us ahead of time (when registering for the conference). The chartered bus to the museum and back will be $30 per person ($25 for student/underemployed), and that will also be available for sign-up at the time of registration.
